What makes Bomb Brownies different?
Most brownies are either dry, overly sweet, or trying too hard to be something else.
Ours are intentionally simple, dense, fudgy, rich, and baked fresh in small batches. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just brownies done properly.
How long do the brownies stay on shelf?
Once delivered, our brownies have a shelf-life of up to 1 week at room temperature. For maximum freshness, we recommend not opening your package until you plan to eat the brownies and preserve them at room temperature for the best results.
Our brownies last for up to 10 days once opened, we recommend storing your brownies in an airtight container at room temperature. You may freeze them well wrapped for up to 1 month of deliciousness. We recommend leaving the brownies at room temperature for 3 hours.
Do you cater to dietary or allergen requirements?
Please note that all our products are made in an environment where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame, and gluten are present. As a result, we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens. Our brownies may contain milk, eggs, soya, wheat (gluten), and nuts.
Unfortunately At this stage, we are unable to guarantee allergen-free production.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide using reliable courier partners.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
How Do I Select a Delivery date?
UNFORTUNATLY DUE CIRCUMSTANCES WE CANNOT CONTROL, WE DO NOT OFFER TO SELECT DELIVERY DATES.
You can select the DISPATCH DATE! On the checkout page, a calendar shows all the available dates.
Some dates are blocked out as we have reached maximum capacity for this day or the kitchen is closed.
When will you ship my order?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We ship orders Monday-Thursday (we do not ship orders on Fridays so your order does not sit in transit over the weekend). If you place an order after 8:00am Thursday, it will ship the following Monday.
Orders placed before 3pm are eligible for next business day dispatch.
Orders placed before 11am might be eligible for same business day dispatch. However, if you are placing an order expecting to be dispatched the same day, please do contact us in order to make sure we are at the capacity to make it happen.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
At launch, we do not offer guaranteed delivery dates.
If your order is for a special occasion, we recommend taking a look at our shipping policy here and placing it a few days in advance to allow for processing and transit time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
More than two working days before your chosen delivery date
Please note that if you do need to cancel an online order, a 25% administration fee will be deducted from your total order cost. Cancellations will only be accepted more than 48 hours from the dispatch date.
Less than two working days before your chosen dispatch date
Due to the personalisation of our products, preparation begins days in advance, and we bake the brownies to order. For this reason, cancellation within this period is unfortunately not possible as we have made all the necessary preparations, and this would lead to unnecessary food waste.
*Working days count from Monday to Friday as Saturday and Sunday the kitchen is closed.
What do I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.
Once it’s been shipped, changes may not be possible.
Accuracy helps everything run smoothly — but we’ll always try to assist.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your brownies are dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow their journey from our kitchen to your door.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out and we’ll resend it.
What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
We advise customers to try to be home when their order is expected to be delivered by the tracking info provided by our carrier. If you are not home when your parcel arrives, it will either be left in a safe place or taken to the nearest post office.
Please be aware that Australia Post no longer leaves an 'attempted delivery' note at the delivery address, the customer must check the tracking information to see if an attempted delivery was made and if it was redirected to the nearest post office.
Can I redirect my parcel once it’s been sent?
Once an order has been dispatched, redirection options are limited and depend on the courier.
Your tracking link will show available options.
We do not recommend redirecting your parcel to an alternate address once posted. Redirected parcels often take 5-7 business days extra to be delivered. Please note we do not accept responsibility for redirected/ modified deliveries.
I didn’t receive a confirmation or tracking email.
Tracking emails are sent once your order is dispatched.
If you haven’t received either:
Check your spam folder
Ensure the email address was entered correctly

We’ll sort it quickly.
Shipping to a business, hotel, school, hospital, or public place?
We can deliver to most commercial addresses.
However, it’s the recipient’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
We cannot guarantee delivery instructions specific to individual organisations.
